Room and hotel was clean and neat. Location was great, close to most things I needed/wanted for the weekend in the Miami/Hollywood area. We went for a concert at the Hard Rock Stadium. That was a short drive away. Great places to eat around the Aventura/Hollywood areas too!

everything the rooms are nice, clean. the decor is beautiful. the Pool wonderful.. the smell air freshener of hallways is amazing. staff were also wonderful. we were celebrating my daughter birthday and we rented 3 rooms. we were very impressed and will definitely stay here again.

Serena hotel one probably one of the best if not the best in my entire travel practice for over 25-30 years. The hotel is new, parking big, always lots of spots to park, rooms are specious, service is great, amenities, pool, bar, everything literality is great. However, what most surprised and pleasantly impressed me was the warm and professional reception, particularly Pari, who did an amazing job, going way and beyond to providing me great room and guaranteeing comfort and piece of mind throughout my entire stay. She is definitely one of the best hotel officers I have ever met. Unforgettable experience coloring my entire stay in Aventura, FL and certainly looking to return there in the nearest future!

The room was big, nice, and clean. Loved how dark the room can get. Easy check in. Loved the bathroom. Very spacious. Would stay again no problem!!!

From the moment we arrived, service was absolutely great! They upgraded us to a suite and provide complementary snacks in the lobby! The hotel is very elegant and clean. We happened to see a live band on the rooftop bar that night and the sky deck pool has a gorgeous view of Aventura. You are located in the medical district so everything is close by like entertainment, food, and shopping ! The room is spacy, clean, and beautiful ❤️ Personal touches are always great and I would most definitely return!

Staff was amazing, garage parking with easy instructions, and amazing location close to everything. The room itself had tall walls so it was very high lol. The shower was so fancy too. I loved everything about the place and will definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel! I recommend you ask for a room on 6th floor, for instant access to the great pool and the bar/restaurant. Tatiana was so helpful during breakfast! The art deco inspired hotel is great for taking pictures all around, the bathroom was a great size! And the location of the hotel is equidistant between Miami and Fort Laud. Will absolutely be returning! Great drinks and great breakfast options!

I was very pleased to be able to check in that early. It made our arrival very pleasant and welcoming, especially traveling with young kids. They assigned us a suite on the same level as the pool and restaurant. The pool deck and amenities are perfect for pool days and nice for photos capturing the developing skyline in that area. I liked that the hotel and room was always very need and clean. Staff is very attentive and helpful. They really put effort into making your stay comfortable. It’s located close to a Target and Whole Foods store which is very convenient.
